Established in 1986 by Bob Hobson and Barry Copeland, as the UK's premier Car Audio and Security installation company, it wasn't long before Prestige was winning awards all over Europe with previously unseen levels of expertise in both sound quality and installation creativity and expertise.

The company's reputation quickly spread and soon Prestige were chosen by top manufacturers including Sony, Alpine and Aston Martin, to create bespoke audio solutions for their demo cars. In 1991 Prestige had the honour to be asked by McLaren to provide acoustic consultancy for the mighty F1 supercar.

Not content with just being at the top of the car audio arena, in 1999, Prestige turned it's hand to Home Cinema installations. More industry awards followed including Home Cinema Choice magazine's 'Installation of the Year' and 'London Multimedia Dealer of the Year'.

2005 has seen a resurgance of energy in the car audio division with the appointment of Chris Knight. With his team of world-class installers and industry leading showroom facilities, Chris and Prestige continue to create outstanding car audio solutions.
